Exchanges are allowed before “Collection Date” Returns are allowed within 3 days of “Order Received Date” We don’t accept cancelations after orders have been shipped out (check table below). Boomie’s Bazaar is a platform for shops in the Old City. All products displayed come directly from shops within the Old City, Salah Al Deen St, & Al Musrara. With the exception of a few handmade products. We are not a Brick and Mortar. Boomie's Bazaar collects your orders and goes to the souk to purchase them from the shops and local artisans. Therefore any changes or cancellations Must be a Full Day before order is collected and shipped. Custom orders on any handmade product cannot be exchanged or returned. We wrap all fragile items to protect them from breaking. We use 3rd party shipping so any damage is not our responsibility. However you received a broken product send a photo same date as “Order Received”. We ship orders out 2 days a week. Sunday & Wednesday. Any orders on these days after 8am (local time) will be processed for the next group shipment. If your order was shipped out and you decided you want to cancel and return your order than you must wait till you receive your order to start the process. Once you receive your order that you want to cancel the box must stay sealed and contact us with a photo of the package. You will pay for all shipping fees and any import fees there might be. Once packages have been opened the order has become final and there is no returns or exchanges. Collection dates are: For Monday shipments- Sunday 12 afternoon For Thursday shipments- Wednesday 12 afternoon If your order is after 8am then your order is processed for the next collection date.
