Al Amad Halawa

In 1880, AL-Amad family introduced Halwa in Palestine. Since then it has became a staple in the Palestinian community and part of the country’s history. The skills have been transferred from generation to generation. The Al-Amad family is one of the most famous families when it comes to Palestinian Sweets. Started in Nablus then made the move to Jerusalem decades ago with the sweet making industry.
